DELIVERY POLICY

We’re devoted to our responsibility towards the customer and agree that it is there supreme right to understand the delivery and returns policies of our company to

maintain clear transparency between the two. The products ordered by you from our website are delivered with  nominal shipping costs, and we intend to deliver

products in proper condition. The time duration of the delivery stated to you is the expected date, which may vary due to non-favorable or climatic factors. Our delivery

partners are highly reliable and aim at providing you services at  their best.


CANCELLATION

You may also cancel the order placed by you through our website by calling at our customer service, which is available from Monday to Friday (10:00 A.M – 6:00 P.M.).

Please note that the validity for cancellation is approved only if the product is not dispatched from the warehouse.


REFUND POLICIES

If you are not satisfied with our product or it is unacceptable to you, we assure you that your 100% money will be safely refunded to you from the same source received

with 100% guarantee. The amount will be reverted to you when we receive the product back at our warehouse   with all the attached  tags and invoice intact within 30

days, or else refund may not be possible.


RESELLERS

  • We offer complete buyers protection for a safe transaction.
  • We offer 24*7 online chat, mail communication support.
  • There is no limit in Reseller’s margins. If in case of excess margin, the product return will not be entertained by the Company.
  • Return is available only if the product contains any manufacturing damages and within 5 days of delivery.
  • Exchanging is possible only if the customer has size variations and in the form of a product and not in the form of money.
  • The digital image uploaded may contain variations in color and cannot be considered as a reason for returning.
  • Any damages in the courier should be informed prior with proof in the form of an image or video and need not accept the parcel.
  • Cash on delivery is available and COD margin amount for delivered shipments will be transferred to your account on every Wednesday or Saturday.
  • The amount will be settled in case the reseller surrenders the account.
  • Sumathi Textile has the right to deactivate the COD option if the company finds an issue with the resellers during the transaction.
  • Resellers may cancel/return up to 2 orders for a month. If exceeded, return charges are applied.
  • Sumathi Textile has the right to accept or cancel any order irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or not, for any reason, without disclosing any reason, and without liability to you or anyone else.
