Account Deletion Request
If you have a Sumathi Textile account and would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you can submit an account deletion request using the form below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Enter the email address registered with your Sumathi Textile account.
- Enter your registered phone number, if applicable.
- Optionally provide the reason for requesting account deletion.
- Click “Submit Account Deletion Request”.
- Our support team will verify your request and process it.
You do not need to log in to submit an account deletion request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where applicable, including:
- Name and profile information
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Saved addresses
- Account-related personal information
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Order records
- Invoices
- Payment and transaction records
- Accounting and tax records
- Records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance
